Sinanduloy Cultural Troupe is the official ambassador of Goodwill of the city the Tangub City. Dalit Festival where Sinanduloy is based and is featured yearly falls every 29th of September in honor of St. Michael the Arch Angel, the patron saint of Tangub.

Tangub is one of the 3 cities of Misamis Occidental, Region X.

Aside from that, Tangub City boasts its Christmas Festival happening yearly during the Christmas season. The Festival begins by December 1 and usually culminates by January 6 the following year. Tangub is the Christmas Symbols Capital of the Philippines.
