Depends on where you are. Fairbanks Alaska, good chance. Honolulu HI, not so much.
0.1" fell in 2009, and prior to that 1.1" fell in 2005 (not sure the dates, but they were in october). But 1.1" is the most to fall in October since records began around 1890, so tomorrow certainly has the potential to be unprecedented.
If it snowing there where you are now, it is possible, depending on how much moisture is in the storm system, and how fast it is moving, and how cold it is.
