Exercise 1. Flight 180

Difficulty level - easy. This exercise can be learned in one lesson.

1. The first approach - we make a grip with our hands (grab the horizontal bar) and learn to throw one leg up in support.

2. Then we learn to throw the second leg, the supporting hand (the hand that holds the horizontal bar with the upper grip) should be on the side to which you plan to turn. Let's say you do to the right, you should have your left hand in the lower grip so that it is easier to intercept during the flip. We put one leg, then two, roll the body in the direction in which we are doing the exercise.

3. After that, do everything in one movement, without resting your feet on the horizontal bar, as we did at the very beginning. In short, it looks like this: grip, lifting, raising the legs, transferring the body to the side of the support and turning it 180 degrees.

Try to start the exercise on a lower horizontal bar, since the height is less , the less fear of falling you will have and the faster you will learn to do the exercise correctly.

Exercise 2. Feather

Difficulty level - above easy.

1. We carry out a grip. We start with a pull-up and a coup. You can start preparing for this part of the exercise by doing classic pull-ups on the horizontal bar.

2. If you have already learned the base, then you can proceed to the feather itself. Perform an upside-down lift. The main condition: do it cleanly, without touching the horizontal bar.

3. The final point is to return to the starting position from which we started.

Exercise 3. 360 with emphasis

Difficulty level - medium.

1. The first approach exercise: do xvat, we stand in support on outstretched arms and push our body at 45 degrees. We are trying to fly as high as possible.

2. The second lead you do the push yourself under 45 and try to turn around in the process.
