The first week without classes

Three weeks without training

During two weeks of inactivity, growth hormone and testosterone levels rise, which creates good conditions for future muscle development.

Two months without training
Stamina is reduced by 30%. You will feel that you have lost a lot of strength when you return to the gym again and cannot do the usual exercises. Running now becomes a serious obstacle: slight shortness of breath and severe fatigue appear.
The consequences of not exercising: a limp body, high blood pressure and cholesterol levels, cardiovascular disease, obesity, depression and low self-esteem.
