Reptile

Starting position: a plank on outstretched arms.

At each count, alternately raise your knees high to the side, as if you are trying to reach them up to the shoulders, while twisting the body, and return to the starting position. Try not to lift the pelvis, tense the muscles of the buttocks and abs.

Starting position: side plank on an outstretched arm, bend the second at the elbow and hold it behind your head.

Twist the body and stretch your hand behind your head to the mat. Return to the starting position and then draw a circle in the air with the leg you are not resting on. Alternate between these movements.

Complex Burpee with a jump stretcher

Starting position: standing.

Lower yourself to the plank position, and then perform a lateral push-up. In the jump, pull your legs to your arms and return to the starting position. Make a jump jump. Repeat all movements.

Do the side plank again with a twist and circular motion of the leg. Now lean on the other side.

Starting position: a plank on outstretched arms.

At each count, alternately pull the knees to the chest with a slight bounce, while straining the abdominal muscles. This exercise is similar to an imitation of an uphill run, only in the plank position.
