Reebok will hold a fitness festival in Kolomenskoye

This year Become Human will be held in the format of a festival, within which a fitness convention with training in the most popular areas from the best instructors of Russian National Les Mills will take place Team, a lecture hall on current topics from the world of fitness and healthy lifestyle, a two-day yoga marathon, as well as a huge number of free master classes and workshops.

Become Human Run will remain a central part of the event. Participants of the team competition will have a completely new track with a length of more than 5 km and a series of tests, which will once again test not only endurance, strength and agility, but also teamwork.

Reebok. Become Human Challenge Race is a competition for teams of 6 (recommended combination is 3 men and 3 women, 4+ is also acceptable 2). The distance has a length of 5 to 7 km and includes 9-10 tests, most of which are designed for group performance.
