Oat pancake

Ingredients:

  • oat chlodrunk - 50 g;
  • egg - 1 pc;
  • milk 1.5% - 50-70 ml;
  • water - if you want to thin the mixture.

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat thoroughly with a fork or whisk. Gently spread the mixture over the pan and bake the pancake until golden brown on both sides. You can add the filling to your taste. For example, curd cheese with fresh cucumber and red fish.

Curd casserole with caramelized apples

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese 5% - 700 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs;
  • corn starch - 50 g;
  • sweetener to taste;
  • vanillin;
  • apples;
  • honey - 3 tablespoons.

Cooking method

In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, starch, sweetener, vanillin and beat with a blender. Spread the resulting homogeneous mass over the silicone mold. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.

During this time, preheat a pan and throw finely chopped apples onto it. Simmer them for three minutes, add honey and simmer for a few more minutes.

After the casserole is cooked, place the mass of caramelized apples on top of it.

Cheesecakes with mango sauce

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 2 packs of 200 g, 5 and 9%;
  • egg - 1 pc;
  • rice flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • regular flour - needed to send the kitchen surface;
  • sweetener to taste;
  • mango puree - 100 g;
  • cornstarch - half a teaspoon.

Cooking Method

Place the ingredients on a plate and stir until smooth. On a floured surface, mold a sausage from the mass and cut into 7-8 equal parts. Shape the slices into curd cakes with a salad ring. Fry them on both sides in a skillet with butter until golden brown. Make the fire strong enough.

Then place the baking paper on a baking sheet and spread the cheesecakes on it. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 5-7 minutes.

During this time, heat the mango puree on the stove and add the sweetener. If the sauce runs thin, mix the cornstarch with water and add to the sauce to thicken. Cook until the desired consistency.

Lazy oatmeal in a tin

Ingredients:

  • oatmeal - 5 tablespoons;
  • milk or yogurt - 100 -150 ml;
  • banana - 1 pc;
  • a handful of frozen strawberries;
  • honey - 1-2 teaspoons.

Cooking method

Take a jar with a lid and pour oatmeal, chopped banana, berries and honey into it. If you wish, you can use any other fruit and add nuts. Pour milk over everything. Close the lid and shake well. Put the oatmeal in the refrigerator, leave it there overnight and enjoy breakfast in the morning.
