My 600-lb Life Patients WHO SNUCK JUNK FOOD & GOT CAUGHT!
Personal experience: how I ate junk food and didn't get fat
One of the most common weight loss myths sounds like this: to get rid of excess weight, you need to go on a strict diet and give up all the usual joys in food. In reality, the principle by which our body gets rid of kilograms is completely different. And the main emphasis in it is on the calorie content of the daily diet. Fitness trainer and nutritionist Vladimir Lepesa conducted his own experiment with fatty foods and proved from personal experience that the calorie counting rule works.
What was my calorie experiment?
The experiment consisted in the following: for 10 days I changed my diet, keeping its calorie content. By this I wanted to show that weight gain and weight loss depend on the balance of calories, and not on the specific foods that we eat.
Throughout the days of the experiment, my diet consisted of 80 percent fatty dairy products, flour, sweets and carbonated drinks. And only 20 percent from vegetables, eggs and vegetable protein. At the same time, the calorie content of food remained the same as before the start of the experiment - 3200 calories per day.

Results of the experiment in kilograms
Despite on a fat diet, household and training activity, I kept the same level. Before starting the experiment, I took measurements of body volume and weight. And exactly 10 days later I repeated them.
As a result, my weight changed slightly - from 91.1 to 91.3 kilograms. The set of extra 200 grams was explained by mild swelling, which occurred due to an increase in the amount of carbohydrates. They retain moisture in the body.

Why didn't I get fat from fatty foods?
Personal experiment once again proves that losing weight and gaining weight is a consequence of a change in the calorie balance. Everything aboutone hundred: if you spend more energy than you consume, then you are losing weight. If, on the contrary, you consume less than you eat, you gain weight.
Of course, the composition of food and the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates are of great importance for the quality of the body and health. But, in fact, the balance of BJU does not imply a complete exclusion of sweet, flour, dairy products and others.
