Luzhniki is still a more massive half marathon, but in the Northern capital you may be more free to run at a distance. By the way, if we compare the ratio of participants by city, more women run in St. Petersburg. This fact can be useful for both girls and men. The point for mass character goes to the Luzhniki, but the Northern Capital ', as a younger start, has every chance to catch up with Moscow.
