- How did you end up in Germany?

- A man from the military registration and enlistment office came to me for a massage and offered to go to Germany to work. Our troops were there at that time. There was no money, so I decided to go as a masseuse.

At that time, I developed sciatica, and a German doctor was sent to me. He began to tell me punkt, punkt (German dot), but I didn't understand anything. Then they translated to me that the doctor spoke about the acupressure technique of massage. I tried a new method on the same German and understood how muscles, nerves and vertebrae are interconnected.

Bottle exercise for shapely legs and muscle tone

Beautiful relief without unnecessary investments and special training.

- What is the peculiarity of this technique?

- I work with paralyzed people, patients with flat feet, rheumatoid arthritis, hernias, scoliosis. I was often told that I was mocking, I was hurting, but then they brought flowers. Fingers are my eyes. I can not look and determine in which part of the spine the hernia. You're not a massage therapist if you don't know every muscle group.

People came to me with a stick, but left without it. My fingers feel which muscle is weak and where is tension. As I work, I look at where and with what force to push in order to make the weak muscle work. The massage should not be pleasant if it is not relaxing.

I work the whole body: after the back, I do the feet, calves, back of the thigh, arms, neck and work with points on the head. I walk only along the course of the nerve. After the massage, I definitely carry out therapeutic exercises in a lying position if the patient has problems with the spine.

- At this age it is often difficult to maintain activity. What is the secret of your energy? Is it about morning exercises?

- I definitely do it. I rarely shirk. If I do not study, how can you advise people to do this? I wake up, turn onto my back, raise my arms above my head and stretch. Then I raise my head, turn it in different directions, the main thing is to do everything slowly. I turn over on one side, get up, lie back, now the same thing only on the other side. In the evening I roll on meche: first on the stomach, then on the back. I lift it up several times to use my hands.

- You say you don't like medicine. How do you stay healthy without pills?

- I do not inject or take anything other than aspirin. I have an orthopedic foot mat, rolling sticks, and with a massage roller I use my back and arms to relieve pain, improve blood circulation and relieve muscle tension. I have home physiotherapy. If joints hurt, then lemon, cabbage leaf, salt comes to the rescue. Of course, movement also helps. Even when I do massage, I walk around the couch so as not to work with one side. I keep my health too.

- How else would you advise to keep yourself in shape?

- I walk only on foot, although I have free travel. When I was in Kislovodsk, I ran through the mountains. Walking is muscle tone. If you walk well, do not fold your shoulders, and put your feet straight, then the muscles will eat right. When I taught, I always said that from each vertebra there is a spinous process, and from it - a nerve that goes to the liver, to the pancreas, and so on down. If there is a deformation, then the nerve begins to mow and poorly feed its muscle group. Therefore, proper body position is very important.

Running is optional. Why walking is beneficial for health and weight loss

Scientists from the United States discovered this back in 2016. Today their theory has many supporters.

- What do you recommend for people who lead a sedentary lifestyle?

- Sitting a lot is very harmful: stress constantly on the spine. The simplest thing is to go to wash on the heels immediately after sleep, back on the toes, then on the outer and inner sides of the foot. Everything is like a warm-up at school. You can stand in the doorway and stretch with your arm extended upwards in one direction, then in the other. Squats with support, just be sure to tighten the buttocks and stomach. If you are sitting in an office or studying, then raise your hands one by one, shake and work with a brush. This includes the biceps, forearm, hand and fingers.
