- a mixture of water and milk (2.8% fat) - 350 ml;
- oatmeal - 3 tablespoons;
- chia seeds - 1 teaspoon;
- flax seeds - 2 teaspoons;
- honey - 1 teaspoon;
- fresh, frozen or dried fruits and berries;
- a pinch of salt.

Add a pinch of salt and oatmeal to the boiling water and milk mixture. Keep on the fire for about a minute, until the porridge is tender. Sweeten with honey if desired. Then add the flax and chia seeds. Finally, sprinkle with cinnamon and / or fruit, berries to taste.
