The Catherine Park is one of the most beautiful in all of Moscow. It is located not far from the center, but at the same time it is not as noisy and crowded as Gorky Park. A route just over two kilometers in length is not suitable for preparing for a marathon or sprint. But if you want to run in a new place with beautiful nature and a large pond, this park is a great option.
Neskuchny Garden
Nearest Art. metro: Leninsky prospect
Route length: 3.2 km

Despite the fact that Neskuchny Sad is adjacent to Gorky Park, here not so crowded. However, the beauty of the garden is not inferior to the main park. The suggested route is just one of many: don't be afraid to deviate from it and explore new paths. The territory of Neskuchny Garden is not so big, it is difficult to get lost here, so you can safely explore new trails on your own.

You can (and should) get lost in Sokolniki: choose any of the rays - and forward! Alternatively, run through the entire park to the pond, then along the shore, and return back with a different ray. Or the same. And if jogging along Sokolniki is not enough, you can cross Rostokinsky passage and continue exploring the trailsAlready in Losiny Ostrov National Park.
Kuzminki Park
Nearest Art. metro: Kuzminki
Route length: 4.5 km

Kuzminki is located in the south-east of Moscow - it is very far from the center. But there are not many people in the park. The territory of Kuzminki is vast, there are several museums and ponds, which are connected by picturesque rivers. It's nice to run along the river, skirting the Shibaevsky and Upper Kuzminsky ponds, or, conversely, to hide under the shade of trees that have not yet had time to be completely naked by winter.

Rainy weather is not a reason to cancel your workout. Here's how to play sports in the rain.
Kolomenskoye Park
Nearest st. metro: Kolomenskaya
Route length: 3 km

Kolomenskoe is not just a park, but a whole museum-reserve with the house of Emperor Peter I, two beautiful churches and a manor. Here you can often meet lovers, attracted by the picturesque place, or even newlyweds who have chosen Kolomenskoye as a place for their wedding. The territory of the park is large: discovering new routes and trails is unlikely to get bored. And where else, going out for a morning or evening run, can you face the great emperor in full growth (albeit with a statue)?
Vorontsov Park
Nearest art. metro: Novye Cheryomushki, Kaluzhskaya, Prospect Vernadsky
Route length: 3.5 km

There is something to see while jogging in Vorontsovsky Park: a beautiful estate of the late 18th century, a large Vorontsovsky pond and four more smaller ones. There is a bridge along one of the ponds. For a change, it will be an excellent location not only for beautiful autumn photos, but also for jogging. The park can be overcome quickly, bypassing the main attractions around the perimeter, or you can afford to get lost, winding along different paths.

How can I force myself to go jogging in winter? We found several arguments.
Moskvoretskaya embankment
Nearest Art. metro: Kitay-gorod
Route length: 1.7 km

Moskvoretskaya embankment begins at Zaryadye Park and runs into the Stalinist heightsweaving on the Kotelnicheskaya embankment. It may seem that it is more spectacular and bright here at night, but it will be very pleasant to run during the day. In order not to run back and forth along the Moskva River, we suggest including Zaryadye in the route: to change the urban atmosphere of the stone embankment for a variety of climatic sectors of the park.
Pushkinskaya embankment
Nearest art. metro: Oktyabrskaya
Route length: 3.4 km

If you want to run in in the center, but not in the park itself, Pushkinskaya embankment would be a good option. Simple but picturesque, at first glance, this route may seem boring. We hasten to reassure you of this. It is perfect for those who are tired of wandering around the park back streets. If after jogging from Krymsky to Andreevsky Bridge (and back) you are still not enough, you can always run into Neskuchny Garden or Gorky Park - they are very close.
