Hell chef: a man must eat meat, otherwise he is not a man

One of the most popular chefs in the world, 14 Michelin stars, food critic, TV presenter - it's all about Gordon Ramsay. The hellish chef doesn't just promote the idea that healthy food just can't taste bad. Rack of lamb with herbs

You will need:

  • 2 large rack of lamb, cut into 3 pieces each
This is interesting: in regular supermarkets and markets you will get a loin (also a good product). The square is different from the loin in that each piece is, as it were, planted on a thin bare bone, which, if desired, can be wrapped with a papillote made of foil.
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

For the crust:

  • 4 slices of stale bread
  • 7 tablespoons parmesan, grated (about 1/2 cup)

  • 400 g raspberries
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod

For pâtissière cream:

  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 150 ml milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 15 g flour
  • 10 g corn flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 40 g icing sugar
  • 3-4 Amaretto biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon of raspberry liqueur
  • 80g fresh raspberries

For baking:

  • 40 g butter
  • 4-6 tablespoons of grated dark chocolate
