But kebab lovers need not worry: the meat itself will not harm your shape in any way. It is only important to competently approach the preparation.

Choose the right meat

Turkey, chicken, beef or veal, as well as fish and seafood are perfect for a diet kebab. All this can be supplemented with vegetables. But it is better to refuse fatty pork, it is too high in calories.

Marinate the meat yourself

Chicken kefir with paprika and vegetables


  • chicken fillet;
  • bow;
  • zucchini;
  • yellow and red bell peppers;
  • cherry tomatoes;
  • kefir;
  • oliwok oil;
  • paprika;
  • salt to taste.

To prepare the marinade, mix well kefir, olive oil, paprika and, if necessary, salt in a bowl. Chop the chicken fillet and onion, then dip in the marinade and stir again. While the kebab is infused, cut the zucchini and bell peppers. Then we string meat and vegetables on wooden skewers, and fix cherry tomatoes around the edges. We send the dish to the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for half an hour. Don't forget to turn it over!

Spicy turkey kebab with lemon


  • turkey fillet;
  • olive oil;
  • grainy mustard;
  • lemon;
  • hot chili peppers;
  • smoked paprika;
  • sugar substitute and salt to taste.

Dice the turkey fillet and place in a bowl. Sprinkle the meat with salt and squeeze the lemon juice onto it. Then add all the other spices, oil and mix. Let the kebab brew, then string it on skewers and grill until tender.

  • veal meat;
  • pineapples;
  • natural pineapple juice;
  • fresh ginger;
  • garlic;
  • bell pepper;

  • sugar-free soy sauce;
  • salt, pepper and curry to taste.

Chicken skewers in honey-garlic sauce


  • chicken fillet;
  • champignons;
  • cherry tomatoes;
  • sugar-free soy sauce;
  • honey;
  • garlic.

Cut the chicken into rather large pieces and put in a bowl. Add whole mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and chopped garlic to the meat. Pour soy sauce over the contents, add honey and stir. Fish shashlik with soy sauce and herbs


  • fish meat (sturgeon or salmon);
  • lemon;
  • olive oil;
  • sugar-free soy sauce;
  • greens to taste (basil, dill, cilantro, rosemary);
  • ground pepper to taste.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, herbs and pepper. Cut the fish into pieces, dip in the marinade and leave for a couple of hours. Then we spread the kebab on the grill and bake until tender. Or we put it on skewers and send it to the oven. Be careful: fish cooks very quickly!
