City Sports Day: where to go in Moscow
This year Moscow will celebrate its 871th anniversary, we will celebrate for two days - September 8 and 9. The program is full of all sorts of interesting events, including concerts, festivals and historical performances. We have compiled the most sporting selection of events in the capital of the upcoming weekend.
Luzhniki will become one of the main venues for celebrating City Day. Family sports competitions will begin there at 10 am, and throughout the day, visitors to the sports complex will enjoy master classes by famous athletes, performances of dance couples and concerts for fans of a wide variety of musical styles. It will be possible to swing the press under Kasta, Max Korzh, Polina Gagarina and even under Lesopoval.
On September 7 and 8 the Russian Freestyle Motocross Championship will take place here. The event will be held with the support of the Moscow Department of Sports and Tourism, the Motorcycle Federation of Russia and the PC Queen. The strongest athletes from all over the country will come to the capital to compete for the cup and the title of champion.
In addition, the festival of extreme Moscow City Games will cheer up the festive capital. The strongest BMX and MTB riders on the planet will ride on a huge acceleration. We promise it will be spectacular.

At noon on September 8, the Good Moscow charity festival begins its work. Major charitable organizations will tell who needs support and share socially significant problems of the capital.
