Special workout workouts for girls began to be held not so long ago. Coach Daria Besfamilnaya told what is important for a beginner to take into account, and also shared her opinion on how training for girls and boys is fundamentally different.

- Daria, what do you think is the main difference between a women's and men's workout?
- Perhaps the main task of men during training is the execution of elements on the horizontal bars. Girls do the same, but we have other tasks: exercises for fat burning, functional exercises for endurance and strengthening muscles.

- Who can you recommend these workouts to? Who might like them?
- Our workouts are universal and will suit absolutely everyone. Compared to a gym or group workout in fitness, then perhaps someone will not like working with heavy weights. But strength loads are good for the circulatory system and, in principle, good for health, so there are more pros than cons.

Danila Cherkasov , president of the Moscow workout federation, ambassador of the street athletics project, #Datsunpicnic: In principle, women's and men's workout are not much different. Perhaps the fact that guys have more elements in their arsenal and they progress faster.

- How diverse is the training process itself?
- You can make different programs. For example, we have group programs three days a week. It is important for us that each of the workouts is different from any other. On one day we work out the muscles, on the other we actively burn fat, on the third day, for example, we focus on the muscles of the arms. Of course, if someone wants to run, then you can supplement training with this element. At the very beginning, we have to some extent running, this is necessary in order to warm up.

- Where do the training sessions take place in winter and autumn?
- Certain difficulties arise during this period. The main goal of a workout is accessibility, and in winter it is difficult to find a free and comfortable indoor area. It is difficult to negotiate a subscription with sports clubs, so in winter we take a break, everyone goes to the gym or works out at home. The active period of street training lasts from April to October.

- What additional tools are used during training? Many now train with TRX.
- Yes, you can use elastic bands of different stiffness or work with TRX loops, that is, do the exercises using your own weight. You can do as we do - fill the boxes with different tools, such as weights, dumbbells, barbells.

Theoretically, we can even combine individual strength training and group classes, which usually take place in the gym, in the open area. Areadka allows.

- А Do girls and boys work out together?
- We warm up together. Then we divide into groups - boys and girls. Because men are not always interested in doing what girls are. Accordingly, it is difficult for girls to do what the boys do, who train on horizontal bars, bracing bars, pull themselves up.

The trainings that we conduct on this site are held near the Vorobyovy Gory metro station. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 19:30.

- Are the guys on a diet?
- Yes, of course. Everyone has a desire for good physical shape. It’s not just health sports. This sport is for getting fit, for being athletic, so food is a must. We have our own chats in social networks, in which we actively accept questions from everyone and try to answer to the best of our competence.

- What can you eat before training?
- First, you need to weigh your strength optimally. Here you need to understand what goals you set for yourself. If a person has set a goal of fat burning, then, respectively, an hour before and after training we do not eat. As for the rest, you need to calculate your strength. Understand that during the first workout, you need to do everything in a measured and accurate way. And an hour before training, load the body with carbohydrates.
