1. Divide foods

The red ones include those positions that give you discomfort and, as you think, interfere on the way to possessing the ideal figure. Add to this list products that:

  • hinder the achievement of the goal;
  • contribute to your overeating;
  • cause you allergies;
  • cause stomach pain;
  • don't like it anymore.

The yellow list should include those foods that you think are not very useful, but you can eat them in small quantities and stop.

The green grocery basket is those items that are useful , you can eat them in reasonable amounts and not overeat.

2. Take out the basket

I mean, trash. It comes in handy for red foods that have to be ruthlessly disposed of. Well, or another option is to transfer it to the homeless or just the needy. And we don't buy them anymore. At least in the near future.

We remove the yellow group further away. You can find a special drawer for them, a thermal bag, or select the topmost shelf. Let them stand there, away from eyes.

But we buy more frozen food and fill the refrigerator with them. Of course, here it is also important to know when to stop, so that, for example, vegetables simply do not go bad if you do not have time to eat them. Always have these foods available for a snack. Experts advise peeling oranges in advance, buying small carrots, hard-boiling eggs.
